Markdown syntax¶

Markdown files can also be used to generate the a page. All basic markdown syntax is recognised.

Additional features like admonitions are used as a code block.

Basically all directives used in rst can be used in this style in markdown. A feature is also to use directly html code without any additional statements. This should be avoided, as readability and user-friendliness are greatly reduced after this use.

To use rst commands in the markdown files, use eval-rst as the command like the following example:
